How to Measure
All you need is a soft measuring tape — keep it level and snug, never tight.
Bust
Around the fullest part of your bust, arms relaxed, breathing normally.
Underbust
Directly under your bust, tape parallel to the floor. Together with bust, this gives your cup.
Waist
Around the narrowest part of your waist, usually 2–3 cm above the navel.
Hips
Around the widest part of your hips — the single most important number for bottoms.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR SWIMSUIT AND DRESS LAST LONGER
We recommend all garments be:
Hand-washed gently without scrubbing.
If using a washing machine, please place the dress in a laundry bag first.
Whispering Springs Care Instructions
To ensure the best color retention, we recommend an initial saltwater soak after receiving your garment. Since different mineral spring conditions may affect fabrics differently, this step helps reinforce color fastness and reduce fading over time.
During this process, you may notice a small amount of color bleeding — this is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
Please soak similar colors together.
How to do it:

Salt-to-water ratio: approx. 1:20

Add about one teaspoon of salt (≈10g per garment) into water

Soak the garment for 30 minutes, then wash as usual

SWIMSUIT CARE
- Avoid Pools & Spas: Over-chlorinated, overheated pools, and spa baths can cause fading.
- Lotions & Oils: Sunscreen, tanning oils, and fake tan can stain swimsuits. Ensure they’re fully dry before wearing.
How to Wash
- Rinse Immediately: Use cold water after swimming to prevent fading and odors.
- Hand Wash Only: Use mild soap; avoid harsh detergents, bleach, and soaking.
- Lay Flat to Dry: Avoid dryers and direct sunlight to preserve shape and color.
Stains & Storage
- Remove Stains: Sprinkle baking soda on stains, let sit, then hand wash.
- Store Properly: Keep in a dry, ventilated area—never in sealed plastic bags.
DRESS CARE
- Washing: Follow care labels. Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle in a laundry bag.
- Drying: Lay flat or hang on padded hangers. Avoid tumble drying and direct sunlight.
- Storage: Hang in a ventilated space; store delicate items flat to avoid stretching.

Why do sweaters pill?
Friction pulls out fibers, causing them to tangle and form pills. Fine, fluffy wool fibers are more prone to this.

How to Remove Pills
