Return Policy (Taiwan)

According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, swimwear is considered a personal hygiene item and cannot be returned once opened.

As a courtesy, HAI offers return and exchange services. A handling and logistics fee of NT$150 will be deducted from your refund.
